Little Sprouts Pre – K Class for 4 years old
Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm

6 Spaces!

When it’s time to register…

• Read the parent handbook.
• Print and fill out the registration form available below.
• $25 Society fee to [email protected]. Please put your child’s name and “society fee” in the comment section. This may also be paid at the Registration Night. This society fee must be paid at the time of registration.
  • This email will also be used for all fee-related emails.

There are a couple of options for submitting your forms during the year:

• Submit forms in-person at our Registration Night, Thursday April 23 530-7 pm

You may download the registration package and complete the forms to submit in-person on registration night or by email any other time of year.

Instructions: Print form 1 as well as the form for your child’s class. Fill out all the information required and fax or mail to the Child Care Service Centre as listed on the forms. If you need help filling out the forms, please contact Child Care Resource and Referral (250-542-3121) to make an appointment.
