Classes, Fees and Registration

The 2021/2022 school year registration days are Wednesday, April 21st (for current families) and Thursday, April 22 (for new families).

3 year old classes
Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 – 10:45

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30 – 10:45

Registration and Fees

Registration is on-going throughout the year if spaces are available (we currently have some space available). Wait lists are available for full classes.  After our registration nights in April we will contact you by August to confirm your child’s spot.  Some movement may be necessary in order to meet the needs of all children.

  • 3 days per week class – $125 per month (effective September 2020)
  • 2 days per week classes – $95 per month (effective September 2020)

There is a non-refundable registration/member fee of $25 per family, per year, payable at the time of registration. This fee is required to hold your child’s space. Due to Covid-19, you may pay the $25 by e-transfer for the 2020/2021. Cheques must be used for all other payments.

We currently accept fees in the form of post dated cheques. First and last month are paid at our Meet the Teachers Night along with post dated cheques for all subsequent months and parent helper tasks (in class helper days, maintenance tasks, fundraising). Please let us know if cheques are not an option for your family.

*We are unable to have parent helpers in the school at this time. Your fundraising duties remain the same, but the two $50 cheques for parent helpers days and maintenance tasks will be cashed in November and March. This will go towards covering the extra time Teachers will be spending sanitizing the school.

*There is funding available in the form of the Affordable Childcare Benefit (ACCB). Please go to https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/family-social-supports/caring-for-young-children/child-care-funding/child-care-benefit  to see if your family qualifies. If you will be applying for funding, please do so as soon as possible, after registration is confirmed, to ensure a smooth start-up to the preschool year. If your child begins preschool mid-year, you can still apply. We will provide our portion of the paperwork as soon as you inform us it is needed.
